When will I receive my order?
Shipping of all orders usually starts on the next business day after the order is placed, and you will receive your package within 3-4 business days. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to problems with the delivery address. Shipping abroad also extends the delivery time.
We will inform you of the exact delivery date via email – keep an eye on your inbox!
Are the parts limited edition?
All parts are already produced or are currently being produced – This means there are fixed quantities available, and unfortunately, all items can therefore sell out.
However, we reserve the right to produce the jerseys again if demand is high.
Can I return my order?
We ask you to shop mindfully and not indiscriminately order items in many sizes, only to return them later.
These returns are very bad for the environment and incur high costs.
However, all purchases are naturally subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal and can be returned at a charge.
If you wish to return an order, you can easily request this via this page or by email to mouz@creator.shop.
You will then receive a delivery address from our team to which you can return your order at your own expense. We will promptly refund the cost of your order or send you a replacement item at our expense.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to Germany, the EU, and Switzerland.
Our logistics center is located in Germany, meaning all orders are shipped from Germany. This results in higher shipping costs for deliveries to the EU and Switzerland. The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package.
Please note: For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, and processing fees may apply, which are not included in the total price and are charged directly by customs or the delivery service.
